    Please reach out to our customer service to find out the balance of your credits. Once you have informed us of your preference, your credits will be made available online within 48-72 hours.

    Available credits can be viewed during the checkout process, making it easy to use them for purchases.

    Step 1: If you don’t have an account on iloveskininc.com.sg or you are not sure of the email that you used for your account, kindly check with our customer service. They will be able to inform you based on your name and hp number
    Step 2: If you don’t have an email registered on iloveskininc.com.sg kindly register for one
    Step 3: Log in to your account
    Step 4: Select your products and add them to your cart
    Step 5: Apply credits at checkout. The available credits will be shown during payment mode.

  2. How do I know when my credit will be applied?
    A WhatsApp notification will be sent once credits have been applied to the account.

  3. How can I use my existing credits?
    Existing product credits can be easily redeemed at iloveskininc.com. Available credits will be visible during the checkout process.

    Yes! The core facial treatments at MedSpa partners are consistent with the quality and personalized approach customers have come to expect from Skin Inc. Skin Inc products are used to ensure a high-quality experience, keeping the skincare journey effective and tailored to each customer’s needs.

    Your trusted Skin Inc therapists will also be providing their service at Artisan Wellness.

  3. What is the room capacity and waitlist policy?
    With our MedSpa partners, there is now a 25-room capacity. The additional rooms are designed to make it easier to book treatments and help reduce waitlist times. The goal is to ensure a smooth and convenient experience for all customers.

  4. How many balance sessions do I have?
    The Good Skin Club (GSC) is a flexible, customized program that allows customers to personalize their skin program to suit their unique skin needs. Please reach out to our customer support team, and they will assist you in checking your remaining sessions.

    Refunds are not available. However, customers can fully utilize their treatments at Artisan Wellness and credits with iloveskininc.com.sg Assistance will be provided throughout the transition to ensure a smooth process.
