How to Use

Freeze at -20°C to -40°C for 30 minutes. Remove it from the freezer and let it sit for 5 minutes before use. Glide gently over clean skin using light pressing motions for up to 30 minutes or until the roller is no longer cold. Store it in the freezer between uses.
